By contacting Isaac's Tree Service or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

Isaac's Tree Service provides tree trimming, tree pruning, tree and stump removal, stump grinding, and sprinkler services in Riverside and San Bernardino County, California. All estimates are free. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, Zelle, and card payments via invoice link.

SMS Communications

SMS messaging from Isaac's Tree Service is entirely optional and separate from receiving our services. Customers may request estimates and use our services without opting in to SMS. Customers who choose to opt in through the contact form at isaacstreeservice.com/contact-us may receive estimate follow-ups, appointment reminders, review requests, and occasional check-in messages. Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 4 messages per month. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS services.

Limitation of Liability

Isaac's Tree Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services rendered. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Changes to our SMS messaging program will require new explicit opt-in consent and will not be applied retroactively.
